Each training package includes four to six individual courses. Individual courses are organized by chapter with easy to navigate, interactive lessons. Throughout each course video of the instructor appears. Seeing a real person lends personality to the course and a classroom sort of feeling. Knowledge reviews for each chapter are included. Sample files are installed for skills practice. These sample files give people hands-on experience for practicing the skills they learned within the course.

The interface and design of TrainingA courses offers many useful features. A course index can be searched by keyword and the lesson accessed. A large 800x600 resolution training window appears for easier viewing. Practical tips accompany the lessons. Course help for navigating and using a TrainingA course is also included. This help may be accessed from the course menu or while a lesson is played.

A knowledge review is provided for each chapter. The majority of questions include familiar images of the program window. This dynamic testing method helps people to identify with the real program more-so than a text-only question and is a superior method for gauging real ability. When a picture of the window appears, the learner clicks as appropriate to perform the requested task. The correct answer is immediately displayed with an explanation, often accompanied by tricks or tips for best productivity and application. The quiz is scored and can be printed.

System requirements for Upperspace computer training are Windows systems. TrainingA products are found in major computer electronic retailers in the United States and other countries. Courses may also be purchased direct at www.upperspace.com or www.traininga.com. Basic training bundles sell for $29.95.  Contact BVG Corp. for availability throughout the United Kingdom.
